Wednesday Walks
Enjoy the estate from a different perspective and discover the best bits of the parkland and countryside by joining our volunteer guides on a Wednesday Walk.

Each week takes in a different route, varying in distance and taking in different highlights around the estate. Our Wednesday Walks are usually between 3 - 5 miles, and take 1-2 hours depending on walking speed. A suggested donation of £2, paid at our Visitor Welcome will be greatly appreciated.

29 May - Multi-Use Trail West, 4.3 miles
5 June - Thrones Walk, 4 miles
12 June - Via Avenue to Arrington, 3.2 miles
19 June - Folly Central, 3.8 miles
26 June - Chalk Ridge, 4.7 miles

These walks are more suitable for adults.
- Meeting point
Meet at the turning circle, outside The Stables.
- What to bring and wear
Walkers should wear stout footwear and suitable clothing (waterproofs are always recommended!)
- Accessibility
Our Wednesday Walks are between 3 - 5 miles and are across a variety of terrains, so please do take this into consideration when joining. Please note the start point at The Stables is 0.5 miles from the car park.
